FacelessOS License & Terms of Use

By purchasing FacelessOS ("the Product"), you ("Licensee") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License Grant

Fyre Interactive ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FacelessOS skill files ("Skills") for your own content creation purposes.

2. Permitted Use

You MAY:

Use the Skills for your own YouTube channels (unlimited channels)
Use the Skills for client work — you (the license holder) must be the one using them, not your team or contractors
Modify the Skills for your personal workflow optimization
Use outputs generated by the Skills commercially

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Skills (in whole or part) with any third party
Include the Skills in any product, course, bundle, or offering for sale
Publicly post or share the raw .md files, methodology, or prompt structures
Claim the methodology, frameworks, or prompt engineering as your own original creation
Create derivative products based on the Skills for commercial distribution
Transfer your license to another person or entity
Use the Skills in any way that competes with FacelessOS or Fyre Interactive

4. Intellectual Property

The Skills, including all prompt engineering, methodologies, frameworks, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Fyre Interactive. This license grants usage rights only — ownership remains with the Licensor.

5. Enforcement

Violation of these terms will result in:

Immediate license termination without refund
Removal from the FacelessOS community (Discord, updates, support)
Potential legal action for damages and recovery of profits

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery of the Skills.

7. Disclaimer

The Skills are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Results depend on your implementation, niche, and effort. Fyre Interactive makes no guarantees regarding income, views, or channel growth.

8. Pricing

FacelessOS is available in two tiers. Both are one-time payments with no subscriptions or recurring fees.

FacelessOS — $399 one-time. Includes instant access to all FacelessOS skill files (v3.2), all future file updates, video walkthrough library, and Whop chat support. No subscription. No recurring fees.

FacelessOS Lifetime — $699 one-time. Includes everything in FacelessOS, plus permanent access to the private FacelessOS Discord community, priority support, and all future skill file updates. No subscription. No recurring fees.

Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or processing fees. All taxes and fees are calculated at checkout by our payment processor (Whop) based on your location and are the responsibility of the Licensee.

9. Discord Community Access

FacelessOS ($399) purchasers receive permanent access to all skill files, video tutorials, and Whop chat support. Discord community access is not included in this tier.

FacelessOS Lifetime ($699) purchasers receive permanent access to the private FacelessOS Discord community, priority support, and all future skill file updates, in addition to everything in the $399 tier.

10. Updates & Support

All FacelessOS purchasers ($399 and $699) receive:

Instant access to the latest FacelessOS skill files
All future file updates
Video walkthrough library
Whop chat support

FacelessOS Lifetime purchasers ($699) additionally receive:

Permanent access to the private FacelessOS Discord community
Priority support through Discord
All future skill file updates

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
