I'm Haris Mazhar. I've been writing YouTube scripts full-time for about three years.

I started at $15 a script in Pakistan, and the scripts were bad. The kind where you read the first line and think the writer has never spoken to a real human. I kept going because I didn't have a plan B. I didn't give myself one.

Somewhere around script 4,000 I stopped counting. My Google Drive says it's past 8,000 now. Mostly faceless channels, and more recently a lot of personal brands.

What I noticed

Around script 700 I stopped seeing individual scripts and started seeing patterns. The same hooks worked across niches that had nothing in common. The same retention drops showed up in the same places. The videos that made money were rarely the ones that got the most views.

One of my own videos made $14,400 from 225 views. That video is the reason I stopped caring about view counts and started caring about what a script makes someone do.

What I believe about scripts

  • Most AI scripts are garbage. The fix is a method. A better prompt does nothing.
  • The first 50 words decide whether the rest of the script gets heard.
  • You still make the calls. You still edit. FacelessOS doesn't change that.
  • Specific numbers do more work than big ones. "$14,400 from 225 views" beats "$50,000 from YouTube".
